The workshop will cover the BCM Policy and Programme Management, Embedding Business Continuity Management within the Organisation’s Culture, Understanding your organisation, understanding BCM Strategies, Business Impact Analysis , and Risk Management

Exercising Business Impact Analysis
Course Description
An organisation-wide Business Continuity Management Program starts with a thorough Business Impact Analysis (BIA) as a foundation on which to build upon. During this workshop PROXC instructor will walk participants through all the steps associated to conducting a complete BIA.
This course is designed on practical BIA models providing the participants with the execution methodology needed for their day to day activities, the associated tools and the confidence required to complete a thorough Business Impact Analysis.
Target Audience
This course is designed for Business Continuity Professionals with basic knowledge and experience in Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery.
